Privacy Policy
Last updated 13 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AHMEDMEDIAGROUP (“AHMEDMEDIAGROUP”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you use this website and any of our applications and services, including Fleetira, Hirica, Convertable, Sociables, Travelyfe, Tarbiyah and Infyntra (each a “Service”, together the “Services”).
It applies to all of our Services across the web, iOS, iPadOS, macOS and other platforms. Where a particular app needs additional or different disclosures, those will be provided in the app itself or in a supplement to this policy. By using our Services you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who We Are
AHMEDMEDIAGROUP is an independent app studio based in the United Kingdom and is the data controller responsible for your personal information under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. You can reach us about privacy at any time:
- Email: [email protected]
- Post: AHMEDMEDIAGROUP, United Kingdom (full postal address available on request)
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to provide and improve our Services. Depending on the Service and how you use it, this may include:
Information you give us:
- Account & profile data: such as your name, email address, password (stored only in hashed form) and any optional profile details you choose to add.
- Content you create: files, posts, messages, listings, configurations or other content you upload or generate within a Service.
- Support & communications: messages you send us, including via our contact form or email.
- Payment information: where a Service is paid, payments are processed by Apple (for in-app purchases) or our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers; we receive only confirmation and limited billing details needed to manage your subscription.
Information we collect automatically:
- Device & technical data: device model, operating system and version, app version, language, time zone and similar diagnostic details.
- Usage data: features used, actions taken and interaction patterns, used to operate and improve the Service.
- Log & security data: IP address, access times and error/crash reports.
- Approximate location: derived from your IP address for security, fraud-prevention and regional features. We do not collect precise GPS location unless a Service asks for it and you grant permission.
Information from third parties: if you sign in through a third-party provider (for example Apple or Google) we receive the basic profile information you authorise. We may also receive limited information from analytics and infrastructure providers.
App-specific data: some Services necessarily process particular categories of data: for example device-management settings and inventory for Fleetira; files you choose to convert in Convertable (processed on your device wherever possible); recruitment and candidate information in Hirica; social content and scheduling data in Sociables and Tarbiyah; and booking details in Travelyfe. We only process such data to deliver the feature you are using.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, maintain and secure the Services and your account;
- To authenticate you and keep your account safe;
- To process transactions and manage subscriptions;
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- To understand usage and improve, develop and personalise our Services;
- To send service, security and transactional messages (and, only with your consent where required, product updates);
- To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security incidents;
- To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Legal Bases For Processing
Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide a Service you have requested); legitimate interests (to secure, maintain and improve our Services, balanced against your rights); consent (for optional analytics, marketing or device permissions, which you can withdraw at any time); and legal obligation (to comply with applicable law).
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers (processors) who work on our behalf under contract: for example cloud hosting and content delivery (such as Cloudflare), database and storage providers, analytics and crash-reporting providers, email delivery, and payment processing (Apple and/or our payment processor). They may only use the data to perform services for us.
- Apple: for App Store distribution, in-app purchases and push notifications (via the Apple Push Notification service).
- Legal & safety: where required by law, regulation, legal process or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or us.
- Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you and continued protection of your data.
- With your consent: for any other sharing you direct or agree to.
A current list of our key sub-processors is available on request at [email protected].
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records (for example for tax, accounting or legal reasons) or where data is held in routine backups, which are cycled out on a rolling basis.
7. Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time:
- In-app: where a Service supports accounts, you can delete your account from within the app’s settings (Account → Delete Account); or
- By request: email [email protected] from your registered address and we will verify and process your deletion request.
Deleting your account removes your profile and content from active systems and begins the retention process described in Section 6. Some anonymised, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest where appropriate, hashed passwords, access controls, least-privilege practices and regular review of our providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your data and to notify you and the relevant authorities of any breach as required by law.
9. International Transfers
We are based in the United Kingdom and may process and store information in the UK, the European Economic Area, the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where we transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; delete your data; restrict or object to certain processing; request portability of your data; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
If you are in the UK or EEA and believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. In the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
11. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request access to and deletion of your information, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected].
12. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it. Where a Service is intended for a broader audience, we apply age-appropriate safeguards as required by law.
13. Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses essential cookies needed for it to function. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it. Analytics cookies are not set unless you opt in via the consent banner shown on your first visit; you can decline, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which makes the banner appear again on your next visit. We use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation and do not use it for advertising or cross-context behavioural advertising. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal, treating it as a decline. Our apps may use similar on-device identifiers for analytics and crash reporting. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.
14. Push Notifications
With your permission, our apps may send push notifications. You can disable them at any time in your device settings or within the app.
15. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
16. Contact Us
